A smokey Earl Grey? I’m in! This blend was the perfect amount of smokey swirled with a nearly perfect Earl grey with bits of beetroot to give it a blood red color, or a bright hot pink as a latte!

Flavors: Bergamot, Cream, Earl Grey, Earthy, Smoke, Wet Wood

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 30 sec

This sounds really good! My cousin works for Taylor’s so I might have to try to get a freebie out of him. (:

A flu season staple! This blend is not only immunity boosting but super yummy, it tastes like a berry-infused, tart, red wine. It’s great hot and cold but I prefer it cold brewed for early morning convenience. I got it just before the holidays and I’m already almost done.

Flavors: Berry, Candy, Hibiscus, Honey, Red Apple, Red Currant, Red Fruits, Red Wine, Tart

I enjoyed this blend, I didn’t quite get any lemon, but the lavender definitely there. As a huge lavender fan, I enjoyed this blend but I think it was best with a bit of lemon added.

Flavors: Alcohol, Astringent, Floral, Grass, Hay, Lavender

I surprisingly loved this blend, I have been avoiding birthday cake blends since I tried the Birthday Cake black tea by DTC but this was a perfectly done blend. It’s definitely my style with a more almond-forward cake flavor reminding me a bit more of marzipan than cake. It’s slightly sweet thanks to the rooibos so it’s perfect.

Flavors: Almond, Cake, Candy, Cream, Honey, Malt, Marzipan, Sweet, Vanilla

Preparation
Boiling 5 min, 0 sec 2 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

A surprising staple from Trader Joe’s, this blend is shockingly spot-on flavor-wise. It tastes like a blonde roast coffee with espresso sweetened with maple syrup. I’ve been drinking this blend every morning since I got it, I’m almost out already!

I really enjoyed this blend, I agree that sometimes Deb’s blends steep weaker but I strictly cold brewed this blend and it turned out perfectly. It tastes just like a peach ring and it was a delicious treat for a weekend away! I don’t always love hot peach teas so I decided to cold brew it and it’s definitely the way to go with this blend, definitely grabbing more. Thank you Vallhallow for sending this lovely blend my way!

Flavors: Bitter, Candy, Floral, Hay, Hibiscus, Peach, Sour, Sweet

Bio

My name is Gabriella but everyone calls me Gabby! I am a 20-year-old college student living in NY, majoring in History and Elementary Education. In my spare time, I post reviews and little pieces of writing on my blog, read books, play video games, write poetry, and love to cuddle up with my two-year-old hound dog Buddy.
I have interesting tea preferences, to say the least:
Definitely a mood drinker, and I tend to change my preferences often, if I have a bad experience with a specific flavor or tea type I end up avoiding it for a while, then dive back in later. I also prefer my teas plain but will sometimes make lattes.

Flavor Preferences:

Fruit: mainly melon, berry, and apple flavors are my favorites. I’m allergic to pineapple, passionfruit, and kiwi.
Dessert: Almost all flavors dessert-wise are welcome I especially love warm and comforting flavors like caramels, chocolates, cookies/biscuits, crumbles, and muffin.
Floral: I prefer violets, lavender, roses, and mallow flowers. Open to all florals, allergic to dandelions.
Spices: I love lightly spiced blends but some like the infamous Hot Cinnamon Spice is too much for me.
Herbs: My favorites are mint, rosemary, sage, thyme, and sometimes basil.
Favorite Companies:
Harney and Sons
Simpson and Vail
White 2 Tea
Plum Deluxe
Trader Nicks
Friday Afternoon
