I remember really liking this tea when I first tried it. However, this cup just did not taste right. Not really sure how to describe it other than ‘off’. It might be because it’s rather old, so I hesitate to leave a numerical rating. I’ll have to buy a fresh box and reassess.

Notes of almond, marzipan, and and rich red fruits. Really enjoying this on this cold, windy morning. This tea is making me extremely excited to start the DF advent calendar.

Flavors: Almond, Berries, Marzipan, Red Fruits

I had to re-read my tasting note for this tea. I can imagine it that weather it can be enjoyable :).

Unfortunately I’m not getting any salted caramel (or caramel in general) notes in this. It’s a nice spiced tea, but that’s definitely not what I was expecting when I brewed it, so I was very disappointed.

Got this in a sample with my DF advent calendar. I definitely get a mild goji flavor, and a slight nuttiness. Really nice and smooth. Pretty enjoyable, but not extraordinary.

Not getting much peach, mostly ginger and a black tea that is a bit astringent. The ginger is nice, cozy, and warming on this cold night.

A very strange tea. I’m definitely not getting baklava, I’m actually not getting any distinct flavors. Definitely doesn’t taste bad, more just blah. Glad I got to try it thanks to AJRimmer!

I grew up with baklava as a pacifier since μωρό. There is no way a black tea base could be used to replicate that flavor. White tea is the obvious pick. Come on, people! :P

You’re right! I’d love to see someone try to create a true baklava flavor with a white tea base.
