258 Tasting Notes
Pretty nice, but not as good as I remember it being. Mainly has a maple syrup flavor because the added sugar clouds everything. I’m going to sip it down but it’s not a repurchase for me.
Flavors: Maple, Spices, Sugar
Preparation
Another swapped tea from Cameron! I liked this blend, it was malty and nutty with a touch of that sugar cookie flavor. I prefer Raspberry Linzer Cookie Black from Plum Deluxe but this was a nice cuppa!
Flavors: Brown Sugar, Cookie, Malt
Preparation
An amazing dessert blend! I loved this blend it tasted just like my favorite biscuits: Kammie Dodgers. It’s cakey, full of raspberry flavor, and has a touch of cinnamon to wrap it all perfectly in a delicious bow. A new permanent addition to my stash I just have to wait for the holiday teas to come back so I can grab more.
Flavors: Brown Sugar, Butter, Cake, Cinnamon, Cookie, Jam, Raspberry
Preparation
Another swapped tea from my lovely friend Cameron! I adored this blend, it was the perfect cozy pick-me-up that I needed in my fall stash (especially during a stressful week). It’s nutty, creamy, and sweet with a touch of toastiness that is perfect for the colder months. I’m definitely making this an essential in my collection.
Flavors: Brown Sugar, Chestnut, Cream, Honey, Nutty, Oats, Toasted Rice, Toasty, Vanilla
Preparation
I love this blend! As a tea AND coffee lover, this blend nails the white mocha latte flavor I wanted from other blends that I’ve tried in the past. Its slightly sweet, has that smooth vanilla/ white chocolate note, and that roasty coffee bean flavor throughout, plus you can still taste the black tea. If Vanilla Cappucino from David’s Tea was too sweet for you ( it was for me) this one is the way to go!
Flavors: Coffee, Cream, Malt, Vanilla, White Chocolate
Preparation
One of my staple Earl Greys, I really needed something comforting after the week I’ve been having. This blend has the perfect mixture of black, oolong, and white tea with a bergamot zip.
Flavors: Bergamot, Brisk, Honey, Lemon
Preparation
This blend was one that I tried in the SVTTB and I fell in love with it. I loved the vanilla creme and chocolate flavors laced in one candy dessert tea blend. I really like how the malty black tea base complemented the chocolate flavors.
Flavors: Candy, Chocolate, Cream, Malt, Vanilla
Preparation
A smooth, creamy, bold black tea with a bit of honey flavor. I guess I should listen to my friend’s recommendations. I absolutely love this one even though it is a bit pricey for me as a college student. While I love it and would accept it gladly as a Christmas gift 16 dollars for 50 grams is just not in my budget. However, I’m so happy I tried it because now I know to explore more straight black teas.
Flavors: Honey, Malt, Wet Wood
