V is for…Vanilla Mint Ice Cream

Thank you Sil!

This was nice but the mint was stronger than I would have liked. It made this a touch medicinal and astringent but otherwise it had a nice vanilla flavour.

This is an alright vanilla tea. It’s got a twang at the end from the green tea but the front end is vanilla marshmallow. Not a favourite but okay.

The dry tea looks cute with the chocolate and sprinkles but all that chocolate comes at a price and in this case it’s an oil line in my latte. It looks like someone put melted butter in my latte and that’s throwing me. However, if you can get passed that it’s an okay latte. Just sort of sweet and white chocolate-y. I suppose it’s a little cakey. It’s fine but maybe not worth the oiliness.

U is for…Unicorn Fluff

I decided to make this hot while I watch Bo Burnham’s Inside and avoiding the work I should be doing.

Hot, I find the citrus comes out more but there is a marshmallow sweetness/fluffiness lingering over top. The ginger is under the citrus as well and so the top and bottom layers sort of converge on the citrus. It seems muddied together a bit which mutes the flavours overall. Basically I don’t mind this but think I prefer it cold.

U is for…Unitea

Today this is pretty astringent. Muscatel notes are strong but drying. It’s fine but not a favourite.

S was for…Summer Pie

Set this cold brew up yesterday when drinking “S” teas and then got super busy with work. Today we went to a photo place outdoors and it’s creamy hot so I was super happy to come home to this refreshing cold brew. It’s cold with a lot of dark berry flavour. Nothing special but good. S is for…Spicy Peach Cobbler

Work has been crazy. Worked until 2 am twice this week and am working today. Also I slept for 12 hours last night because the week kicked my butt. However it’s the weekend and I’m enjoying it with tea and a lazier working pace. Yay!

This tea is fine. Sort of just a sweet cinnamon rooibos without something that sort of wants to be spice but it’s not. Meh. I like the colourful sprinkles in it though.

R is for…Root Beer Float

Made this as an iced latte with a plush of French vanilla syrup. The vanilla syrup is nice but it’s also a lot of honeybush flavor. Some sarsaparilla but not as root beer as I’d like.

Q is for…Queen of Thorns

The day has been hectic and also long since I finished yesterday at 2 am and started today at like 8:30 am. And was in a lot of calls but when I finally got lunch I decided to make a latte. I sort of threw it back when I returned to work though. I just recall this being super crazy Rose/floral. Fitting for the name but not my favourite flavour profile.
