151 Tasting Notes
this one isn’t too bad.. i thought, out of the new ones, i’d hate the macaron one and love this… well i love the macaron, and like this one. I made an iced pitcher of it.. its not bad!
Is the macaron really that good? I was intrigued but I just hate Teavana so much, I could not bring myself to try it :P
the smell turned me off at first.. its like a sickly sweet smell.. but oh my goodness, it tastes so wonderful! .. I REALLY, like it.. and i’m not huge on dessert teas!
I`m don`t dislike this one.. it`s not bad… but i do find that i like grape oolong from butiki better.. its less artificial tasting, and i find the oolong pairs better.. this green tastes a little like an oolong, but its missing that smoothness, and comes across as a little harsh.
Well, its a beautiful day here in Halifax. For the first time in months its been semi warm..my friend and I decided to go for a little walk downtown and we walked by davids, so I suggested we go in to smell the new collection. The salesgirl gave us each a sample of blue lagoon.. I instantly said this would be amazing if we infused it with vodka and blueberries. There is something about it that screams cocktail!, it was served to us hot, but I could see this being fantastic iced. I also liked that the lemongrass didnt overpower the berries. I love lemongrass, but I dont like when it is too strong.
This tea isn’t bad at all.. its kind of a roasted taste. Its super comforting… I don’t like a lot of mate’s .. esp. green mate because it usually tastes burnt to me.. but this one is nice and I don’t get that taste from it… i’ll definitely restock this one in small quantities.
I finally got to taste this one, thanks to courtney! … on first sip, i got a strong taste of just black tea, but as I went on, it got sweeter, creamier, and more almondy… delicious!!! it was well worth the wait :)

I’m thrilled this came back! .. I took a little trip to David’s after work today (it was a horrible day.. I got reamed out by a customer for like five mins over the phone, and basically had to go sit in the back and cry for like another ten minutes!). I bought this tea, and the special valentines perfect mug!! .. oh my gosh this tea is so pretty tasting… there aren’t many white teas i’m fond of, but this has the perfect balance of sweet, and floral, it just tastes like spring, and happy! :)
