1324 Tasting Notes
Another one of the oldest teas in my cupboard that I’m working on sipping down. Love this one it’s SO good. Lovely notes of sweet potato, malt, honey, and cocoa. I’ll miss it once it’s gone but that also means I can get a different straight black tea to try.
Flavors: Cocoa, Honey, Malt, Smooth, Sweet Potatoes

SIpdown Challenge National Popcorn Day:
I drank Movie Night the other day so I pulled this one out for today. I love Genmaicha it’ has such a lovely toasted rice flavor. It’s also pretty cheap which is a bonus. I really like teas that taste like rice. I’m gonna drink this and try to relax while taking another test. This is one of those teas that I like to recommend to new tea drinkers.
Flavors: Toasted Rice
Preparation
This is actually my mom’s tea that she picked up at a tea shop in Alaska. I wish it was mine though because it’s really good! The orange in this tea is fresh and yummy tasting and vanilla and mint blend very well with the orange. I think orange and peppermint is a hard combination to balance personally. This tea does it very well and the red rooibos tea base is nice here too. I definitely get winter solstice vibes from the flavors in this tea.
