1324 Tasting Notes
Another sachet sample that came in the mini sampler I ordered. I wasn’t too excited to try this one because even though I really like tumeric teas I don’t usually like ginger and turmeric paired together without any other ingredients. I have been meaning to start looking for some more turmeric teas since it’s a great anti-inflammatory and I find that it helps during flare-ups.
This is actually not what I was expecting both spices are very mild in this. I can definitely taste the green tea though. It’s a little bit boring but I’m glad that the green tea comes through more than the ginger. I’m gonna sip on this while I take my exam. I would drink this again if I got the chance but don’t need to purchase a jar of it.
Preparation
Ordered this because of Steepster
I was excited to try this since I only recall having tried one other banana tea in the past from A Quarter To Tea. (Still hoping She’ll reopen again at some point)
This one smells so good once steeped and tastes like a Banana Dessert. This is delicious it reminds me of these chocolate covered banana candies that I always get at the greek deli in town. It’s literally that candy but in tea form.

Flavors: Banana, Caramel, Cocoa, Sweet
Preparation
The flavor still is tasty when sipping even though the tea is in tea bag form? Onto the wish list this goes.. :)
I’m right there with you on the hopes of someday placing another AQ2T order. The Grilled Spiced Banana was a favorite of mine.
Tiffany: It’s really good!
Dustin: I never got to try that one, unfortunately. I loved her Turtle Dove tea though!
Made a pot of this for everyone tonight. Everyone seemed to really like it. It’s one of my favorite teas as well. It has a Nice buttery apple flavor that definitely does remind me of buttered popcorn. Starting to get near the end of the bag so I went and looked to see if it was still available. Unfortunately, it’s not but hopefully, it’ll come back at some point so I can stock up.
I wanted something Chocolate-y tonight and this was pretty much all I had. Not quite what I wanted but I do like this one! It’s a lovely night time tea. Very creamy with some mint and lavender. I’ve been meaning to work on finishing up the box of this anyway.
Preparation
Another single serving sample packet
This one was ok not bad but probably my least favorite thus far. Flavored white teas more often than not just miss the mark for me. This one was quite earthy with a slight peach flavor. I’d drink this again but don’t need to purchase it. I got two steeps out of this one. I prefer the Peach Oolong to this one.
Preparation
Second sample from Adagio. This one smelled like gummy peach rings when I opened the packet. I honestly miss those so much but haven’t found any without gelatin that taste the same thus far. Once Steeped you can tell that there is peach flavoring used in this tea. I like peach flavoring and it’s quite nice here. Sweet and floral with a bit of a candy peach flavor as well. The oolong pairs nicely with the peach here though the peach is by far the Prominent flavor. As my cup of tea starts to cool the flavors become more muted making the cup less enjoyable. So definitely one best drunk hot before it gets lukewarm.
If I was already placing an order I would probably add a sample of this. Would gladly drink a cup of this again.
Flavors: Candy, Peach, Sweet, Wood
Preparation
Ohhhh I had a seasonal package of sour patch kids recently, and the orange ones tasted like peach rings! I was so happy to experience that flavor again! Seems like their seasonal flavors leave quickly, so I hope I can find more somewhere.
