1324 Tasting Notes
This is one of the last couple of teas I haven’t tried from the Lupicia group order. I’ll write a longer tasting note at some point. I really like this one! It’s one of the only teas that were new to me that I actually would repurchase. The cherry flavor is present and very nice. The second resteeping came out very pale so I was skeptical of it holding any flavor still. The resteeping using boiling water this time smells strongly of those Alexia Rosemary fries lol. No cherry is present in the smell nor the taste. This resteep still has a ton of flavor all rosemary and no cherry present. It’s like drinking an entirely different tea! So yummy! Hmm, two teas in one? yep, this will definitely need to be repurchased at some point in a larger quantity.

I didn’t quite have enough of these cocoa shells left so I mixed them with another herbal tea. It was an interesting experiment and not one I’d necessarily repeat. Instead of just adding a cocoa note to the herbal it added a fruity chocolate type flavor that doesn’t work quite as well. I often find plain black coffee especially tastes kind of like this fruity and dark.

Working on Sipping this down I have close to 250g of this go go through. This is one I forget about a lot. It’s a nice malty breakfast tea. Today’s cup has just a tiny splash of oat milk in it. I should reach for this one more I just usually don’t have time to make tea in the mornings.
