You really have to love violets to enjoy this tea. Luckily, I do but it’s very flowery and borderline powdery/ soapy. I recommend just 1 tsp per 8 oz

Flavors: Baby Powder, Floral, Soap, Violet

Preparation
Boiling 3 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

Wow… I really was skeptical about this blend because Spearmint and lavender seems like a strange combo but it was incredible. The vanilla ties everything up in a cozy bow and it’s just so comfy and luscious. The only downside was that online you have to buy 4 oz at a time but it’s still so worth it.

Flavors: Cake, Caramel, Cream, Floral, Honey, Lavender, Malt, Spearmint, Sweet, Vanilla, Wood

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

Sounds intriguing! Depending on the strength of the lavender, I may or may not enjoy this one ha ha…

Yay, I love this one too! It’s always so nice when you share a tea and the other person feels the same way about it. :D

I really like this blend. The tart hibiscus and berries help me wake up in the morning. I exclusively cold brew this one, I don’t love hibiscus hot.

One of my favorites! I try to keep it stocked all year. It’s sweet, indulgent, and has the ginger zip I love without too much spice. The only bad this was that I steeped it in a nordic mug this morning and only used one bag so it was a smidge watery but it gave me an excuse to have another cup!

Flavors: Butter, Cookie, Ginger, Honey, Molasses, Spices

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 0 sec 2 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

Is this one that’s only available during the holiday season? I might need to get some soon, if so!

@shae It sometimes lingers thru January and sometimes pops up for specials and is on amazon year-round for twice the price. I fortunately live an hour from Harney and Sons Millerton so I grab it in person when I have to stock up and three tins lasts the year for me because I don’t gravitate towards it in the summertime.

Another DT blend that I had a sample of laying around… It was surprisingly really good! That’s nothing against DT I’m just super picky about Earl Grey blends. I loved the sweet vanilla and pop of peppercorn, a definite rebuy!

Flavors: Bergamot, Citrus, Cream, Peppercorn, Vanilla

Preparation
Boiling 5 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I’m also very picky about creamy Earl Greys in particular, I almost never like them for whatever reason…

Flavors: Cream, Peppermint, Vanilla

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

Flavors: Malt, Mint, Nutty, Vanilla

Boiling 5 min, 0 sec 2 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

Profile

Bio

My name is Gabriella but everyone calls me Gabby! I am a 20-year-old college student living in NY, majoring in History and Elementary Education. In my spare time, I post reviews and little pieces of writing on my blog, read books, play video games, write poetry, and love to cuddle up with my two-year-old hound dog Buddy.
I have interesting tea preferences, to say the least:
Definitely a mood drinker, and I tend to change my preferences often, if I have a bad experience with a specific flavor or tea type I end up avoiding it for a while, then dive back in later. I also prefer my teas plain but will sometimes make lattes.

Flavor Preferences:

Fruit: mainly melon, berry, and apple flavors are my favorites. I’m allergic to pineapple, passionfruit, and kiwi.
Dessert: Almost all flavors dessert-wise are welcome I especially love warm and comforting flavors like caramels, chocolates, cookies/biscuits, crumbles, and muffin.
Floral: I prefer violets, lavender, roses, and mallow flowers. Open to all florals, allergic to dandelions.
Spices: I love lightly spiced blends but some like the infamous Hot Cinnamon Spice is too much for me.
Herbs: My favorites are mint, rosemary, sage, thyme, and sometimes basil.
Favorite Companies:
Harney and Sons
Simpson and Vail
White 2 Tea
Plum Deluxe
Trader Nicks
Friday Afternoon

Tea Rating Guide:
90-100: Top tier/ have to have them!
80-89: Really enjoyed it/ collection staple
70-79: Good, probably won’t drink it too often
60-69: I won’t refuse if offered
50-59: It’s okay
40-49: Probably dumped or handed to my Mom
00-39: No, just no

I love doing swaps and if you’re interested in anything in my cupboard let me know!
