173 Tasting Notes
I had a couple sips of this hot before I put it in the fridge. So far so good! I can’t wait for this to chill down. Hot, I could taste the tea through the grape flavor, and I really think they compliment each other well. It promises to be a very refreshing brew.
I did the whole sample packet in just above 16oz of water, then went right in for a second steeping. At first sip they taste very similar.

While I’ve never had guava, when the hubby and I were looking through teas to order this one stood out to him. He loves iced tea and we figured this would be ideal iced. This batch was a cold brew, and I did leave it in for quite a while. Like I said, I’ve never had guava, but I taste something reminiscent of kiwi, which I really don’t care for. However the hubster loved it which makes it a win.
Preparation
This is a backlog, and a tad hazy since it is from a couple of days ago. I remember it being perfectly satisfying. A bit roasty, plenty chocolately, and a bit of cinnamon! YUM. I’m glad I decided to add this one on at the last minute! lol
Flavors: Chocolate, Cinnamon
First tea I’ve tried from the “sweet indulgence” sampler set. OMG. This one is going on the wish list for sure. It smells amazing! Creamy coconut with the fruity sweetness, I’m in heaven. The taste is smooth and not too sweet. I just can’t get enough of the scent though! Someone make this into a perfume asap please! If anyone is into perfume and can recommend something to remind me of this, I would love you forever <3
Flavors: Coconut
Preparation
Reminiscent of caramel corn. It has a buttery, sweet kind of flavor to it. I didn’t know if I would like this one or not. After I ordered I was like why did I order this one? What if it’s terrible!? omg O.o however, I can now say I’m totally relieved because this was entirely enjoyable. Not something I will reach for constantly, but I’m glad I have it in my stash.

holy eucalyptus! This one came in as one of the free samples with my order (my first order with David’s! SO exciting!) I had been agonizing over which tea I wanted to try first, and I’m glad I went with this one.
I just haven’t been feeling quite right the past couple of days. My sleeping pattern is off, and it has been an emotionally overwhelming past couple of days. I’m switching gears from planning on moving out of state for grad school, to now hoping for a campus placement close to home for a different grad school.
So today when I finally made it out of bed, I made myself the sample of this tea making a whole pot in my small teapot before getting to all my paperwork. I do get a bit of orange, and a ton of eucalyptus. I am feeling a bit better, in that I’m still feeling crappy but not quite as much kind of way. Maybe if I try to relax in a bath with some eucalyptus spearmint bubble bath, that might help.
Preparation
I caved and bought more tea today as a little treat to myself. I wasn’t planning on it originally, however, it’s totally justifiable because I received another medical school acceptance! YAY!!! It’s nice to be able to have the pick of my top choices for schools.
As for the tea, apparently this one has been “reformulated/reblended” Ingredients:Apple pieces, cinnamon, coconut chips, beetroot pieces, artificial flavoring. No almonds lol, but I’m guessing a nice dash of almond flavor? I had tried this one way back at the beginning of autumn, and had really been craving it. When I went back in they were all sold out so I had ended up getting the cococaramel sea salt. NO REGRETS! mwuahahaha. This one tastes like a cinnamony apple, and I actually think I might try blending those two to make it more of a caramel apple kind of taste. mmmm
Preparation
Had this one last night. This was warm, slightly spiced, and comforting, which, I really needed. I’ve been getting a lot of paperwork together for school and it’s been driving me crazy! I’m so nervous I might miss a document or a deadline D:
Leading up to the wedding I kept on having all these crazy dreams/nightmares about it. Now they’re starting with school. Wooo.
