2987 Tasting Notes
First off I just wanted to say this tea was so good I went back the next day and bought a package for me and for a friend. It has a rooibos base, which makes it very sweet and easily re-steeps 3-4 times. There is a nutty walnut and marzipan/almond flavour, but I can also taste nectar or honey as well as oats, vanilla, and toasted coconut.
Flavors: Almond, Grain, Honey, Marzipan, Nectar, Oats, Rooibos, Sweet, Vanilla, Walnut
Preparation
Now it is mostly my fault for steeping this too long, but I found the tea base a bit astringent and slightly bitter. I did, however, REALLY like the rose and French vanilla flavours together. The undertones are so complex and there are lots of very subtle flavours. I highly recommend trying this blend if you are a fan of floral teas. I suggest you steep about 1-2 tsp of tea for about 3-4 minutes and not forget about the teabag like me.
Flavors: Floral, Rose, Tannin, Vanilla
Preparation
The black current flavour was prominent, fruity, and sweet. I liked the tanicity of the black tea. It had a lot of flavour but was not astringent or bitter like some bagged teas.
I steepedfor 4 minutes in just-under-boiling-temperature water and it came out a lovely roasted amber colour. I also really like how fragrant the teabag is dry and while steeping. The whole room smelled like sweet black current while I was drinking it. The only drawback for me was that it is best with 1-2 steeps only, and a prefer my teas to do several steeps.
Flavors: Black Currant, Fruity, Sweet, Tannin
Preparation
I was quite hesitant about this blend because I’ve read so many bad things about Earl Grey/fruit blend’s, but it has all my favourite ingredients, so I wanted to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did. I can really taste a sweet (but not acidic) fruity flavour from strawberries and maybe blackberry. There are floral notes like rose but they aren’t distracting. I really like the black tea they use as a base in this one. The base tea is flavourful but not bitter. The bergamot goes really well with fruits and flowers. I really can’t stress enough how harmonious all the flavours are. I love everything about this tea.

Preparation
A very good chamomile with a bright lemon-floral taste (but without the acidity that often comes with citrus). There isn’t anything that stands out about this particular chamomile, but I like that the taste is consistent and enjoyable hot or cold. It also mixes really well with milk and/or honey or with a squeeze of lemon.
This tea also resteeps several times. I’ve only done up to 3, but you could probably keep going if you didn’t mind your tea on the weaker side.
Flavors: Floral, Lemon
Preparation
I am a huge fan of dessert teas and I also try to avoid caffeine, so this was perfect for me. I’ve only made two cups of this so far, however I really enjoyed it both times. I like the spices and the honeybush base. I wish it had more raisin flavour, but I still enjoyed the blend.
