Just an average jasmine green to me. The flower is pretty, but not good for rebrewing.

This tea has a very pleasant vanilla aroma to accompany it very classical oolong flavor—i.e., an earthy, raw flavor. I thoroughly enjoy this tea and recommend to anyone trying to get into oolongs but wanting something a little lighter on the pallet.

i have a bit of a sweet tooth, so i definitely must have sugar and honey in this one, but when they combine with it’s roasted, earthy taste, wonderful….

Especially soft and perfumed, this oolong isn’t as juicy or sticky as I would hope, but its a delicate example of a greener twisted-leaf style.

drank Sakura Sencha by Den's Tea

This is an okay tea. I don’t really think it’s great, but it’s not bad either. Since I don’t have much experience with Sencha, I don’t know if it’s that, or the cherry flavoring that is detracting from the tea. On the plus side, I had this a month ago, and it tastes much better now than it did. So there is something to be said for the fact that palates change. After all, four months ago, I couldn’t stand tea without massive amount of sweetener in it, and now I can’t stand the sweetener.

Deep color, but clear. Roasted barley notes are prominent, almost Miso-like finish. A smooth, comfy tea.

A bit lighter in color than most other black teas…this was a repeat visit for this one…which I enjoy!

Thumbs up. Nice, true Chai color. Not complex but it does the job!

This is a good every day tea. Balanced flavors, the peach is nice and not overwhelming, and there’s just the right amount of ginger.

Still smells better than it tastes. Kind of like Fruit Loops.

When I bought this I wondered how it was possible to make a white fruit blend without overpowering the white tea. It is, however, entirely possible. I wouldn’t say it tasted particularly fruity. Most of what I can taste is the white tea, but it’s got a fruity sort of after-taste instead which I find much more pleasant than had it been a stronger more full-bodied fruit flavour.

Tastes like Hot Water. No flavor – No Scent. Not a tea in my book.

drank Lichee Congou by The Tea Table

It’s decent, but I’ve had better lychee teas. It’s definitely drinkable, but as with many teas from The Tea Table, the flavor is just a bit off.

This was my first oolong, and I really liked it. This is the only tea that I will probably buy again from this particular brand. Recommended.
