New Tasting Notes

Smells of smoke. Partner freaked out with the smell.

Smells and tastes of smoke. Creeped my partner out to much to make again.

Without milk it was bitter with milk it wasn’t strong enough to taste good with milk.

After searching for this for so long I was disappointed with how bitter it is. Although it is beautiful in the cup.

Bitter not made for this girls tastebuds.

One of the best flavored teas I have ever had. Naturally sweet with no sugar added. Orange, cinnamon, clove…great iced or hot.

Tastes like dirt. I don’t think this is salvagable for my tastebuds.

Tastes like smoke, not my favorite flavor. Makes my fire phobe partner antsy.

Steeped for a 5 minutes yet it still only tasted like dirty water without sugar. With sugar it is very light and refreshing. Not something I will go after again. Although it is beautiful floating in the pot.

Wow. My first pu-erh. First smell reminded me of horse stalls. I’m still deciding if that’s a good or bad thing. VERY earthy. Sort of musk-like. I think I like it- but it’ll take a few more cups to know for sure.

Never noticed any effect on my skin. Simply enjoy it for the rooibos. It is heavy on tangy flavors (the pomegranate, orange and berry perhaps?)

This is the first of Adagio’s flavored teas that hasn’t bowled me over. While it is as fragrant as any of the others (seriously, my kitchen smells faintly of oranges a few hours later, even though I only brewed a cup), the actual taste is of mediocre black tea with a faint touch of citrus in the background.

I drank this at work today. Preped it in a electric tea pot

Aroma before steeping – the spices. Aroma While/After Steeping – Fruity and Spicy. Has a Reddish-Purple Color to it. Not too sure if I am in to it or not. I remember buying this before but it’s been a while. It’s VERY fruity…which I don’t usually like…but the spice also cut it a tad…but not enough. Might be really good cold…but not hot.

Really scrumptious Indian green. Vegetal and sweet at the same time.

Look out regular root beer now there’s something healthier! This is my new favorite ready to drink tea based beverage. Love that it is all organic and Fair Trade.

Totally smells like Lemon Pledge. Light in color. Mild taste with a little lemony goodness. Almost a floral undertone of sorts. I haven’t had this in a while. Now I remember that I like it! YAY!

We spoiled ourselves by starting our day with a sample of this very green high-mountain oolong, a terrificly rich, smooth, buttery, and complex tea. One can just let the liquor run across the tongue and savor the many different flavors as they’re triggered. Nice!

Pretty sucky if you ask me. Moldy aroma and super bitter…watch yourself, you’ve been warned.

Nice breakfast tea. A splash of milk does this tea good.
