Malt and lemon and a metallic twang at the end. This was alright but not a favourite. The lemon never quite worked for me and was always a little more pledge than citrus fruit.

There is something a touch bitter here. I think it’s the base tea. Beyond that I get blueberry and coconut but both flavours are a bit muted. Overall, I don’t particularly care for this one but that’s probably for the best since there are so many other 52 Teas blends that I enjoy. Can’t love them all.

I was completely surprised by the fact that upon my first sip this had such amazing vanilla flavor. Vanilla and a touch of smoke.

When I get past the vanilla, which I don’t even think is supposed to be there, I get some floral orchid notes. Maybe it’s the orchid that’s evoking vanilla in my mind since my familiarity with orchid is from DAVIDsTEA’s Vanilla Orchid, which has both flavours.

Aside from the vanilla and orchid, this has a whole bunch of stone fruit to it. Plum, especially. Plum and also raisins. This is really good. I am a fan and while I didn’t really know what to expect from this, I’d get it again for sure if I were placing a teavivre order.

I did something bad and overleafed this and this was not good. It was bitter and just bad. At times, pineapple, but mostly, bad.

The plan was to make a tea lemonade with this tea. However, I had less lemonade than I thought so 7Up also got added. The drink is good. A touch spicy. A lot lime. Some passion fruit that among everything else seems slightly out of place.

Thank you Evol Ving Ness for sharing this with me! It’s one of those teas that I tend to forget about a lot but it has a nice tropical punch to it today. Fruity, sweet, but also with a crisp tart note to round things out. I don’t like that it’s a black and green blend but the base teas are smooth which is nice.

I was watching Sugar Rush and one team made a spiced cake and I starting craving that spice profile. I originally pulled the Sticky Toffee Pudding tea by Pudtea out of the drawer but wanted more spice so this caught my eye.

Hot, it had a lot of ginger but also a lot of apple flavor which I didn’t love. However, as this cooled slightly, that Apple flavor disappeared a bit and it really does have that sharp ginger and sweet molasses thing that gingerbread has. I’m into it.

Finished this one while working before. It was nice but a touch astringent at first. It got better as it cooled. This was always a good tea but not earth-shatteringly amazing. I’d maybe pick it up again if it were reblended but I’m not 100% if I’m being honest.

This was lemon and bitter. Nothing great and nothing unique here.
