Tea of the Week for May 28, 2018!
It’s a little pricey but I just love this Formosa Honey Black Tea – however, because it IS a little pricey, when I use it, I want it to be a special treat. And one of my favorite treats this time of year is Strawberries and Cream!
Imagine a bowl of ripe strawberries drizzled with a little bit of honey and then topped with a dollop of vanilla whipped cream! Sound amazing? I think so too, and this tea takes those flavors to a whole other level because . . . TEA!
A rich, flavorful black tea base with hints of honey (Formosa Honey Black and Golden Yunnan) blended with freeze-dried strawberries & vanilla beans. This is sweet, it’s creamy, it’s BERRY delicious!

It steeped for over 3 hours and while I get some of the honeyed element and this is incredibly creamy, the flavor isnt as strong as I’d like. The Gingerbread Brulee and Monkey Chops hot chocolates remain the best ones.
