2987 Tasting Notes
I’m slowly finishing off a lot of caffeinated teas this week. I will be buying more since I love this tea, but I don’t need this many blends in my cupboard.
Lots of dried apple and caramel notes, popcorn, toffee, brown sugar, molasses, coconut (toasted coconut). and butter. I don’t taste the green tea at all, but I’m fine with that. Ideally they would make this a herbal since the popcorn and apple take up most of the space anyway.

This was a great caffeine boost this morning to prepare for a tough and very long day. I mixed ~1 tsp into 200 mL cold vanilla soy milk and it was a very sweet, creamy, peachy breakfast drink. The matcha came through as fresh and flavourful but the milk totally covered any grassy bitterness.
Flavors: Peach, Stonefruit, Sweet
I may have added too much vanilla soy milk to this one. The actual tea flavor doesn’t come through as much. However, it still has a lot of creamy white chocolate, toasted rice/genmaicha flavor action which is great. I have a very difficult exam today and I really needed something new and exciting (but also decadent) to keep me going.
Flavors: Creamy, Rice, Rice Pudding, Sweet, Toasty
Preparation
A tasty sipdown for my morning cup. I made this with 500 mL very hot water + a bit of vanilla soy milk. This was the bottom of a small sample pack and it had lots of little crumbs that made for a strong (in a good way) cup of tea.
Flavors: Cardamom, Coffee, Creamy, Irish Cream
