Did you get your advwent calendar already? I ordered mine on November . They said they would be shipped in mid November. I was planning to give it at Thanksgiving but I havent’ gotten it yet. Which is maybe fine because I am not going to thanksgiving after all, But still …
I ordered mine at the end of October and it arrived yesterday. I didn’t get an email when it shipped, and reached out. They advised me to check my spam, and while I still couldn’t find the shipping notification, there were a few Plum Deluxe emails that went to spam…so maybe check there!
I ordered mine in October, and they just shipped it today. I’m glad I don’t drink my advent teas with any kind of urgency!
I got the notification email this morning. Shipped 11/25. Hope it gets here by 11/30 so I can give it to my sister in time for her to enjoy it on December 1. But I doubt it. Too bd. Just another thing to chalk up to the pandemic.
Honestly I can’t believe they’re doing so poorly with the shipping. Mid-November is already cutting it close to guarantee receipt by December 1st, and they’re not even keeping to that timeline. And I haven’t seen any communication acknowledging the issue, via their website, email, or social media. Even though I received mine on time, I don’t think I’ll be doing this calendar again regardless of whether I like it or not…
Maddy- I’m sorry to hear that. Crossing my fingers that it still reaches you on time.
Cameron- I agree. It’s a bit strange that there hasn’t been any acknowledgement of the shipping issues. Such a shame.
It is unfortunate. I ordered on November 3. When they said they would ship in mid November I thought that would be some time around Nov 12-18. November 25 is not mid-November in my opinion. If only they would have offered an ap;olgy and explanation I wouldn’t be so irritated. There may be good reason things are delayed. Maybe some of their staff tested positive for COVID so they are very short handed. I’ve gotten several “buy this” emails from them in November so they should be able to send a short email apologizing. I’ve already ordered another gift for my sister so if this doesn’t arrive in time I will just keep it for myself.

I grabbed an ounce of this with my Advent order too! Haven’t tried it yet, though.
I ordered in October. Got my shipping notification on Monday the 23rd, arrived today, Friday the 27th.
