Steepster is still broken, but I’m attempting to log this anyway. It’s a bit bitter, even after steeping on the low end of the recommended time. So, I will be adjusting in the future. There is a nice caramel flavor going on, with a mild nuttiness. Definitely need to attempt this one again with a shorter steep time.
