630 Tasting Notes
This was not as good as many of the other fruity black flavors Adagio offers. I liked it, but I prefer to cold steep black iced tea, and the sample baggie is usually perfect for one of my pitchers. This tea either isn’t as good or it requires a bit more tea to cold steep it well. Either way, I probably won’t repurchase, as so many of the others do well this way with less leaves used. Recommended for people who prefer more of a hint of fruity flavor, or who find most flavoring to be too strong.
Preparation
I enjoy this, and take it with me when I go away, but am not sure I will be repurchasing. For chai, it is decent, and definitely has some spice. But I have noticed a lack of cinnamon taste and also a lack of vanilla. Considering it is vanilla chai, this disappoints me.
Preparation
I was surprised by how much I liked this for a cheap grocery store tea. It really does taste like a cake, but not too overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend, and I think I might have to look at a few more options from this brand for my teabag needs.
Preparation
I enjoyed this, it was very nutty. But it had an almost smokey taste that was a hair reminiscent of coffee. I probably won’t repurchase, but will enjoy what I have. Recommended for those who like strong tea.
Preparation
A very unique and pleasant green – it has smokey notes, and ocean-y flavors, and citrus. I love how it isn’t astringent at all, because it helps these strong flavors from being overwhelming. I am not the biggest smokey tea fan, but I did enjoy this.
Preparation
I like these for travel mostly, and they do get the job done. I would rate them higher if the spice were stronger. Recommended for travel, but you can get better if you are willing to hunt some better loose leaf stuff.
Preparation
Really not too bad for bagged cheap tea, but also not super special. I would definitely use in a pinch, with an almost citrussy aroma that I like as a standby. Recommended for travel or guests who won’t appreciate the fancy stuff.
