Very yummy cooked apple flavor. There’s also cinnamon and nutmeg, but this isn’t a spice heavy tea. I like that the spices were used cautiously allowing the apple to take center stage. Not tasting anything that reminds me of pie crust, but I still find this to be an enjoyable tea.

Backlogging from last night…
This is pretty tasty! Lots of almond flavor with a bit of sweetness and a nice creamy note. The hot pink color of the brewed tea threw me for a loop, but I did enjoy my cup. The fact that it’s an herbal blend makes it even nicer since I’m always looking for a good before bed tea.
Preparation
I was in the mood for something fruity this morning. I like the clean, fresh taste of the apricot paired with the slightly bready base tea. The flavors play off of each other very well, and, while it’s not reminiscent of pie or cobbler, once sugar and cream is added it is a great dessert tea.
Preparation
I thought I’d be wild and crazy today by having the other Andrews and Dunnham tea that’s sitting on my cupboard shelf.
This is such a good breakfast tea. It’s strong and full bodied, but there’s no bitterness or astringency. It has malt, biscuit, and burnt sugar notes… yum. Such a nice tea to greet the day with.
Preparation
I picked this up at the Philly Coffee and Tea Festival, and it’s been just about the only tea in my cup for the past few days. It is wonderfully thick and malty with a light smokiness. I love, love, love the grainy note. Very reminiscent of the wheat flavor in some beers. I also like the hints of leather and sweet stone fruit that slip in and out as I sip.
I’m really glad I bought a canister of this because it’s a great fall/winter tea.

This is ok, but not great. The chocolate and coconut are lacking, and while the mint is nice it’s nothing the amazes. I added sugar and cream, and while the sugar brought out the coconut a bit more I still felt like I was missing the chocolate.
Preparation
Tea of the morning. This is a fun twist on the normal Earl Grey. I like the citrus notes, the vanilla, and the kick of caramel right at the end. I also like how everything is toned down a little. There’s lots of flavor, but the base tea is also present and very tasty as well.
Preparation
Finishing off my last bit of this chocolate-cherry-molasses-malty goodness today. It’s as delicious as always, and, while sipdowns of my favorite teas usually make me sad, I know I’ll be ordering more of this as soon as November rolls around.
Preparation
Peppermint and vanilla… I like. I also like the ease of a tea bag when I’m tired, so I often reach for bagged herbals in the evening. This one is simple but good. I’m impressed that the vanilla holds its own with the mint given how stong the mint is in this blend.
Sounds delicious! I don’t think I’ve had a spiced apple tea that has really either a) tasted appropriately of apple, or b) been spiced well. Fitting for the season!
