i have not had this tea for a while too and it is still awesome! i can safely say i prefer sheng puehr :D funny thing when i get the lodging home staff to try it one says “what? the stinky poo ehr?” another says “i don’t drink anything that sounds like its got poo in it” I’m like the Chinese word pu doesn’t mean poo it has nothing to do with poo

I haven’t had this tea in a while either. still tastes great and can be oversteeped

i haven’t had this in a while :) so it still tastes a little chocolate like and earthy

a nice and smooth tea. with honey taste and little spicyness/smokyness

when i smell the brewed tea, i smell honey and sweetness

the same when i taste it :)

when I smell the leaves dry, it smells floral.

when I smell the leaves wet, it smells like spinach.

when I smell the brewed tea, it smells lightly like spinach then after it has sit a little while it smells like flowers

when I taste the brewed tea, it tastes like honey with just a tad hint of flowers.

so i have not had this in a while and it has been sitting in grandma’s living room.

it some how must have aged like 5 years because it tastes smooth and less coppery

time for a full review:

when i smell the leaves dry, it smells musty with a hint of jasmine

when i smell the leaves wet, it smells like strong jasmine.

when i smell the brewed tea, it smells like strong jasmine too

when i taste the brewed tea, it tastes very good with honey and jasmine flavor

this is a neat tea :D tastes nutty to me :)

as a precautionary i shall drink this once or twice a week since this is more of a medicinal tea

i use one bag instead of the recommended two

a good tea, tastes like jasmine green tea with some spiciness. sweet too!

as I have a second sample ill do a full review next time

I had to use cheese cloth and some plastic to tie it up to steep the tea as I lost the strainer to the pitcher. I don’t know if it altered the taste or not but grandma says it doesn’t.

this tea has a peachy after taste
