a decent tea.

when i smell the leaves dry, they have a green grassy smell.

when i smell the leaves wet, the smell is intensified.

when i smell the brewed tea, i smell green and grassy aroma.

when i taste the brewed tea, i taste green and grassy taste :)

i rate this a 75 because its kind of grassy.

this one came in a white wrapper with a red dot and white letters and a red ring with red flowers on it. however, there are no flowers in the tea.

when i smell the leaves dry, they smell musty.

when i smell the leaves wet, they smell nice and earthy.

when i smell the brewed tea, it smells earthy.

when i taste the brewed tea, it tastes earthy with a sweet metallic aftertaste.

i rate this a 75 because of the metallic taste.

an amazing tea, yet a very odd one!

this one came in a white wrapper with a orange dot with a flower and yellow letters on it. it also has a green ring with lots of flowers.

the tuo had a flower on it. it was a white flower. alas, i don’t know what flower it is.

i rate this a 100 even though it was very cheap and came with my order from ali express. it tastes awesome!

this one comes in a white wrapper with light peach color at the very back and a green dot on the top with white letters.

when i looked at the leaves/wrapper i thought it was a sheng., but it turned out to be a shou.

when i smell the leaves dry, they smell musty.

when i smell the leaves wet. it smells like a sheng mixed with shou.

when i smell the brewed tea, i smell earth and sweetness.

when i taste the brewed tea it has amazing sweetness and earthy taste!

i rate this a 100 even tho its from the pack from ali express and is low quality and cheap. it just tastes too amazing and reopened my interest in shou.

when i smell the leaves wet, i smell a fishy smell (which i don’t mind).

when i smell the brewed tea, i smell a fishy smell and some earth.

when i taste the brewed tea, there is no fishy smell. however, there is a sweet earthy taste.

i noticed green stem like particles included in the leaves. maybe this is ginseng or green tea? i don’t know.

i rate this tea a 100 because even though its cheap (came included with the $1.50 order from aliexpress), and its low quality, its still amazing. if you can find this tea, i suggest you try it

when i taste the brewed tea, i taste sweetness, green tea and minute amounts of honey

i got a whole bunch of puehrs for like $1.50 off of ali express, so more reviews on the way.

i rate this a 50 because it was not much of a tea at all :( i don’t recommend this tea

when i smell the leaves wet, they smell roasted with coffee/espresso notes.

when i smell the brewed tea i smell roasted, coffee and espresso notes.

when i taste the brewed tea, i taste roasted, coffee and espresso tastes.

i rate this a 75 because it was quite cheap and is not the best

so i finally got around to trying the raspberry leaves after letting them dry for a few weeks.

when i smell the brewed tea, it smells toasty, sweet and like raspberries.

when i taste the tea its sweet, toasty (like an oolong) and i taste raspberries.

i rate this 100 because it’s sweet and leaves a lingering sweet after taste

least i can say i was not impressed..

i could barely taste the sheng even when i did a ration of ttl 5g 50/50 2.5g each

i guess one must mix like/like teas then.
