673 Tasting Notes
a decent tea,
when i smell the leaves dry, they have a green aroma to them.
when i smell the leaves wet, they smell green and like honey.
when i smell the brewed tea, i smell honey.
when i taste the brewed tea, i taste strong honey.
the color of the tea is a slight golden green.
i rate this tea a 75 because the honey is too strong for me

when i smell the leaves, dry they smell roasted and fruity.
when i smell the leaves wet, they smell roasted and like grapes.
when i smell the brewed tea, i smell grapes and roasty aromas.
when i taste the brewed tea, it tastes like. strong wine, grapes and roasty.
i rate this tea a 100 because i don’t taste grapes or wine often in teas

when i smell the leaves dry, they smell like grass and veggies.
when i smell the leaves wet, they smell floral and like veggies.
when i look at the brewed tea, it looks light and yellow.
when i smell the brewed tea, i smell apricot, sweet and floral.
when i taste the brewed tea, i taste apricot, sweetness, floral and veggies.
i rate this tea a 100 because i like the taste/aroma

when i smell the leaves dry, they have a chocolate/musty smell.
when i smell the leaves wet, they have a stronger chocolate smell.
when i look at the brewed tea, the tea looks chocolaty brown.
when i smell the brewed tea, i smell earth and slight chocolate.
when i taste the brewed tea, it tastes like earth and slight chocolate.
i rate this tea a 100 because of the tastes, aromas and that its smooth.
im not sure if this came from scribbles or amanda’soggyenderman’wilson, but id like to thank both just in case.

Preparation
so i broke off a small corner off and rinsed it for 30 seconds and then broke the wet leaves further. then i rinsed again for 30 seconds, and let sit out of water for 30 minutes.

and thus was a great outcome!
im glad it still had the metallic coppery taste (and earth too). one thing new to me is, a mouth numbing effect that was quite pleasant. this tea has aged well over 8 months.
my dear followers and tea fans, i suggest you give it a try as i now rate this a 90 up from 80
