It’s one of those absent minded mornings where I forget to put the steeping basket in my freshly rinsed cup before scooping tea into it and have to sort out what to do.
I think this tea is growing on me already. The coconut adds something really nice to the malty flavor, rounding it out well. Already half way through my cup and thinking about a resteep!

LOL! I get so frustrated with myself when I do that. How did I wake up and just forget how to make tea one morning?!
I’ve had days where I put the leaf into my gravity well infuser, measured out the cold water, and then proceeded to dump all the cold water into the infuser instead of the kettle. T_T
So y’all are saying it’s not just me? :)
