This has that lovely soda essence that 52teas does so well. It’s not as spicy as a real ginger soda, but I definitely taste a little bit. Really, it tastes like cola with a hit of ginger in there. It’s refreshing to drink this one cold – I’ll miss it! The resteeps taste wonderful as well.

I’ll actually have a little bit of this within the next month or so – I’ve had a company that makes Kombucha order 10lbs. of this tea – so I probably will have a little bit left over after I finish the tea. :)

10 lbs.? If was a tea vendor, I would think they made an error with a decimal point.
They craft small batches of kombucha.
