Bad sleep!!!!!
Must have good tea.

This smells like a candy shop that mated with a giant angry pineapple.
I don’t even like Pineapple and this makes me salivate like crazy…TMI I know but I’m trying to be thorough here.

It is a lovely gold color all brewed up.Doesn’t smell quite as crazy good but I’m hoping the taste will follow through like a punch in the face.

I know I’ll have to try this iced but first hot I think.

my verdict..it’s not what I was expecting simply from the smell.
It’s definitely Oolong with a nice pineapple frame.

I wanted so much more from this.I was expecting sunshine and got a hot,stuffy day with no sun.

So I forgot I had most of the tea left over from my Tea Forte’s Herbal Retreat sampler.
I absolutely love the idea of herbal blends reinterpreted as celebrated alcoholic mixes it’s a new idea.Let’s sex up some more tea!!
Smells like Apricot mostly which is nice.
It’s an okay taste doesn’t blow my mind as much as I wanted it to.
Not bad but not particularly excellent either.

So BEST news ever found out ONE one second ago..the mall about a block from my house is getting it’s very own DAVIDsTEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I’m going to apply since it’s like I work at a DT already with all my stock..wish me luck!!!!

Maybe it’s a sign that the future will start looking up I sure hope so!

So hard to find Chai that isn’t caffeinated or stimulating.
My BFF gave me her stash and I’ve been loyal to it ever since because it tastes like actual chai but has none of the uppityness…

I tend to suffer from a lot of anxiety so at night I want something that tastes good but won’t get my heart rate up.

It’s so hard to find this combination..I wish DT had such a thing!

also doesn’t taste like Rooibos.

I drink it straight up I never sweeten tea anymore…I used to be 3 tbs of sugar girl..I think tea in general is better and more complex when not adulterated by sweeteners of any description..however there are always pleasant exceptions!

Still a profoundly awful few days…need something new..something sweet..something in a white tea.

Also didn’t want a fussy green or black tea..I want something simple.
This smells absolutely delicious it’s like a fruit orgy full-bodied,sweet and not delicate in the slightest.

Watching it steep it is a clear liquor with red bleeding into it it’s pretty to watch..god I love tea the process of making it can be as awesome as drinking it.Poetry in motion..after it’s steeped fully it’s a lovely watermelon pink color.pretty!

As I’m waiting Bananarama is cycling through my head for some reason..

As for taste it’s pretty delicate.
Fruity but with definite White tea taste.
I feel like I should like it more..but it’s just okay.
Not as good as Cherry Potion or mango madness..I like my fruit front and center.

Meh.I could take it or leave it.

After having a simply terrible few days..I definitely needed to crack into my fall collection some more..

I don’t care for the smell that much to be honest it smells like these Polish pastries that are really yummy actually just is like a bad smell version of it…but I’m in need of something truly new and this seems to be it.I want to eat the tiny marshmallows out of the pouch but I’ll restrain myself.

Once steeped the marshmallows have completely dissolved yet the liquor doesn’t seem too sediment laden at all.The brew itself smells sweet and spicy…perfect for Fall.Almost Chai-like.

As for taste it’s nice.Smoky and sweet.
It doesn’t blow my mind and it seems like a poor man’s Glitter and Gold.
I LOVE Glitter and Gold and I don’t need another similar black tea that’s not as delicious.
Because Glitter and Gold is rated highly this will be close..but no cigar.

I have to amend my last review..I have grown to actively dislike this tea..I said it was decent before but in all honestly I shudder each time I look at it in my tea vault because I remember that disturbing meaty Hibiscus smell and the taste of fruit catastrophe.I WISH I could taste what all the positivity is about because I can’t at all….There is no 0 rating unfortunately.

Woke up wanting something not too heavy or fussy.This was on backlog so I chose a nice fruity Oolong.

This tea smells nice like mango mostly.Doesn’t blow my mind but seems perfectly good for today.

Once brewed smells nice and sweet.Not heavy at all.

side note: ALL teas have history just check out the different kinds if you are a noob( Yes I do game and yes I AM A GIRL) or even a veteran it’s a rich and wonderful way to experience tea as well.

There is NO WAY I am writing a presentable essay today …lazy I know but I’m barely awake people!

They do say that with Oolong tea it’s good to re-steep the tea again for a new experience but that depends on how much I like it the first time around.

It tastes nice and sweet..
Just doesn’t blow me away I was hoping I would like it more but it’s not bad and not great merely decent.

Just got my fall collection in the mail today

I don’t have the best track record with the cake or pastry themed teas from DT but it’s late and I don’t need caffeine right now I need winding down time tea also I need a mood boost because I accidentally ordered a tea I don’t like from DT because I was tired and spendy(wanting to spend badly).

Smelling the bag I’m worried..but my expectations are low so maybe I’ll be surprised(pleasantly). Smells nutty,bready and tiny banana notes.
I am disappointed in the small amount in the pouch since I like loads of herbal tea.But I’m not sure I’ll like this one..but I feel a tad ripped off.
I guess it’s because it’s all measured by weight and this tea happens to be heavy haven’t really been bothered before I guess I’ve just spent too much lately and am grousing randomly.DT I love you always and forever regardless!

I’m making up all kinds of words left,right and center and rambling.My university profs would frown me into oblivion but I digress.

Once steeped smells the same.Oily residue from the nuts’ presence is quite apparent. I steeped an epic amount of time mostly by accident but with herbals that can be a bonus and never kills the tea it just makes it more awesome.usually…

So I take a big old sigh and take a sip.

Reaction time.
VERY banana.
The sweetness is quite pleasant.
The backdrop is nutty but it’s not overwhelming at all.
I am actually enjoying this cup quite a bit which surprises me.
Leaves a wonderful sweetness on my tongue.
I think this is quite nice actually…and a good icing may be next!

It’s no Bamboozled..but it’s nice..wow I actually like a pastry/baked good DT!

Now I’m just sad about having so little.

OVERSTEEP THIS ALWAYS. and double the amount if you can.

So tired…too early need caffeine and fast.

Chose this lovely smelling gem.smells like berries berries! my mind gratefully explodes it’s sweet and tangy and set my tongue a buzz.

Less and for shorter..rule of thumb for DT’s black teas.Maybe if I type it enough I can help others truly appreciate these highly touchy(and wrongly marked IMHO)black teas.Sometimes it’s just a bitter parade and NO ONE wants that!

Once brewed smells exactly the same.YAY!

It’s just richer,deeper and like a sexy jam.I want to drown in this.

For taste it tastes like black tea..no bitterness.
Black tea and hint of jam.The aftertaste is nice but over all not exceptional.

I will ice this soon and review that..but I’m not spending more on this tea(thank goodness I only got the 20 gram bag).

For fruity wonder try paradise found and read my review..and steep blacks like I do!

After tragedy(tea disappointment)I need a win.

So I went with this peachy pineapple lovely smelling brew with an awesome name and the mention of PANDAS. what’s not to love..

put huge amount in and steeped full time recommended.

Smells like awesome hot juice..apple juice..pineapple and peach juice…every smell of it makes another note more and more apparent..the cruise of smells.I actually want to eat the steeped leaves…I just might…………..

waiting for tea to cool is hellish sometimes…COOL DOWN DAMMIT!!

Finally ready to drink..so excited..

So,first taste judgment:
Oh my…best juice ever..rich with so many awesome flavors dancing on my tongue..yummy yummy yummy…NEEDS to be tried iced.
THIS is what I wanted Swampwater to taste like..
