made a half cup of tea, steeped about 9 min, iced it down, and stirred in about 3 scoops vanilla ice cream (too lazy to bother with blender). MMMM tastes very chocolatey and malty – I think the vanilla is bringing both out nicely.

It was really very god. I’m sure it would be better if I’d been patient enough to cool the tea more, and maybe actually use the blender. I just had some ice cream to get rid of. Basically, it was a “tea float”. I’m going to try same concept next week with 52teas’ Pina Colada Honeybush and Ciao Bella Coconut Sorbet. mmm love them both, bet they will blend well!
