I think I’d start with Pearl Fine Teas’ Golden Monkey — it’s been a while since I’ve had Golden Monkey.

If I were to win… I’d probably brew Jasmine Pearls in Joey’s amazing teapot, because, well, I love jasmine pearls, and what fun would it be to watch them brew in this pot?

I’d definitely try the Chai first. A good cup of chai in the morning really hits the spot.
