As happens with all my ginger lemon teas, I’ve started to associate this one (#69) with digestive issues and feeling unwell. Which is acutally fine right now because I ate some intensely spicy drunken noodles for lunch and I think my gut could use some calming. This is more lemony and less gingery, but overall tasty and soothing. I accidentally made it with boiling water instead of 195°F, and it doesn’t seem to have suffered. (I have done a lot of steeping of green oolongs at boiling lately, they seem to be rather more robust than most people think).
