Prior to infusing the aroma of this reminded me of my Grandfather because it smelled like his Almond Pistacho Ice Cream he used to eat! As I infused this it morphed to Mostly Caramel scented with a little green tea scent underneath.

I did sip this right away after my infusion was complete and thought it it was pretty good…a nice combo of green tea and caramel. But as the liquid cools at room temperature for a little bit I noticed the magic happen! The Caramel Flavor doubles! It’s very yummy! The Caramel is genuine and helps cut the craving for sweets, I suppose!

This is really terrific!

The caramel is center of attention here but the green tea flavor is noticeable in the background, too, and there is a little Rooibos sweetness coming thru but not very much but that is ok because I wouldn’t change it!

Another winner from this company! They are 3/3 in my book so far!!!

I seriously LOVE this…so much so that I am going to up the rating :)
I’m sad, tho, because I only have one more bit of it to infusion…I think I am going to have to place a Persimmons Tree order at some point!

Anyhow…this Intensely flavored rooibos smells AWESOMELY AWESOME!

I can see all of the ingredients and something that looks like dried apple but I don’t see that in the list of ingredients so maybe what I am seeing is a vanilla bean or something.
As it continues to infuse I am STILL THINKING it’s apple or some other like-kind of fruit…

The taste is a nice, bold, strong Chocolate and Mint Mix. It does hide quite a bit of the Rooibos taste but paired with the vanilla makes for a milky-smooth ending and aftertaste.

This is very good! I like this a lot!

As it cools the chocolate becomes more malty…almost like a chocolate milk shake type malty…this aspect of the taste interests me as I don’t recall having that happen to me in other tea/tisanes. Very Nice!

Not only am I shocked to be the first to log THIS tea from this Company but I am shocked that I am the first to log ANY tea from this company here on steepster! I am really SHOCKED that this company hasn’t been listed at all yet here in our lovely community!

So…I’m drinking this now and it’s the very first tea I am trying from this company and I must say I am impressed!

Anyhow…on to this lovely little number!

DRY this smells like various black teas, peaches, apples, flowers, spices, and a little hibiscusy. FULL of aroma!

Post infusion…smells mostly of peaches, apples, flowers, and cinnamon. Different than pre-infusion but still very nice and very aromatic!

I would say it infuses to a nice medium golden brown color.

The taste is absolutely delightful!

I can taste individually the peach, the apple, the cinnamon, and the flowers…but they all jive well together! And the more I sip on this the more I like it! I’m drinking this HOT but assume it would be tremendous cold, too! WOW! This one is great! YUMMERS!
