I just had some of this tea but with cream. I never use sugar in tea but I bet it would be good in this – more like sweet pumpkin pie.
Mmmm. Yeah maple would probably be awesome. I don’t know if I’ve seen brown sugar bars before though.
The ones I have seen were at Chinese grocery stores. I think it is probably just hardened brown sugar and I imagine you just break off a piece to use.

It might actually be palm sugar, which has quite a different flavour yet again. :) Tasty, though. And excellent in sticky rice pudding.
