467 Tasting Notes
I have to thank the lovely and generous Hepatite for this tea.
I wasn’t sure about having an autumn tea in the spring but it works well. It reminds me of some chai teas. The spices are well balanced with out any overpowering flavors. I like cinnamon, ginger, cloves and allspice :-) so I’m a happy girl! The black tea adds a bit of body. I’ve had several similar teas made with rooibos lately but they just don’t have enough body to make it. I have enough for a couple more cups, so yeah!
Flavors: Cinnamon, Cloves
Preparation
I’ve continued to drink this fairly frequently, when I’ve over-eaten or just feel blah. I use a little vanilla stevia. Awesome! Today I made 5 cups in my Breville and drank one hot. The rest I put in the refrigerator to chill. Made a great iced tea. I could drink this a lot this summer! Finally our weather has gotten spring/summer like and it is very nice. What a terrible winter we had!
Nice tea but not as exciting to me as some people reviewed it. I like Birthday Cake and a few others a lot more. My taste buds may have been taking a break, but they did’t notice as much maple as I had hoped. Yummy, but not something I would buy. I’m going to rate it a little higher because I think it’s my taste buds that are out of whack.
Preparation
I haven’t had many fennel teas but if this is an example, well, yeah, I’m in! I like the fennel, spice and peppercorns. Can’t really taste any apple but with the others tastes in there it makes sense. I guess I just wouldn’t expect to taste apple hidden in fennel, spice and peppercorns. This is a boldly flavored tea that has “good for you” fennel. Hey, I just read that may help in weight loss and flushes out toxins. Good news! It’s a great tea hot, I wonder what it will be like cold?
Flavors: Licorice, Peppercorn

Eeck! The computer ate my tasting note!! Well if it ever re-appears from the magic realm where the computer puts things, you’ll see a really great note. In the meantime, you’ll have to put up with this half-assed note.
Yum!
Not like the cereal!
Good fruity taste!
Buy again and keep in stock!
Thanks TTTTB for this lovely sample. I love nut teas and was really, really, really hoping that I’d find a good nut taste. Well….. not so much. A bit of cinnamon, not much else. Not bad but I won’t purchase any. I’m really glad I got to try this! I am pretty sure I would have bought some based on the name.

Thanks for sharing this tea with me, 221Tea! A couple days ago every tea was blah. Today I’m doing really well with my choices. This tea has a nice butterscotch/candy taste. The white tea seems to be a very good base. It doesn’t overwhelm the butterscotch which is very good, since that was the flavor I was looking forward to. I’m not sure I sense much of a creamy taste. Its good and I am having a nice break from cleaning windows on a sunny, fresh day!
Preparation
I received this sample in the TTTTB! I love nuts but I haven’t had a lot of nut teas so I decided to give this a try. Nice nutty flavor. Good for when I need a caffeine free tea. When I drank it cold, it seemed a little sour almost like there was some hibiscus in there. I’m probably just imagining it. I preferred it hot.
Preparation
Dessert-y teas are always tricky. Are the flavors really coming through, are they balanced, does it taste like the dessert it’s supposed to be like. Wellll, as a matter of fact, this meets my requirements. It’s always a mystery as to how they make some of the flavors like bread. Someone told me it’s magic. Hey, I can go with that. :-D I did a resteep, still good. Made some iced tea out of some that had been sitting in the pot for a while. Very yummy!
Preparation
I didn’t think I under steeped this tea but there is not much here. :( Very little chai spice taste. A little floral. No boldness that I expect when I think of chai. i won’t bother to finish this as I have so many others to try.
Preparation
I have not been impressed with any of their teas yet! That was a sample I got in my order from them…their pu’erh was SUPER fishy, even after rinsing…gross.
I like their caramel green, but haven’t tried the others I recently bought yet. Hoping there are some hidden gems.
I really enjoy their caramel green! coconut creme and mandarin creme :)
Was debating ordering the butterscotch and chocolate coconut pu’erh, has anyone tried those two?
@whatshesaid – I have both! I didn’t care for either, I will happily send them your way if you send me your address is PM :) Maybe it’s just me and my taste buds. Haha. I’ll happily send them to a new home :)
