Finally done with this one! I brought it to the office so I could focus on drinking it. I like the roasted quality of this one but found if it got steeped for too long it took on a very tart-like flavor similar to hibiscus or rose hips. It is better gong fu’d but I haven’t really discovered a practical way to do that at the office! I miss my teapots at home and I definitely haven’t been drinking as much pu’erh as I used to without the yixings on hand. :-/
