151 Tasting Notes
I love Harney and Sons. This tea was no exception to that.. it surpassed my expectations and was delicious! it tasted very natural, and spicy.. I just loved it :) .. hard to believe this is my 140th tea!
Preparation
I bought this on a whim at the boxing day sale. It smells extremely grapey on first smell, and tastes quite grapey as well. I don’t get the hints of vanilla, I do get quite a tart taste from it, although it tastes like there is some kind of sweetener in it… which is not my favorite thing, as I generally drink teas black. Not a bad cup.
I got this tea in a swap. I quite like it.. its sweet, and the coconut really came through in my steep of it… not too bad at all… i still like their monkey bread better though :)
This one is not terrible for me, but not my favorite as far as oolongs go. I like the creaminess, and floralness of oolongs, and chocolate does something that overpowers that for me.. its a nice hot cup to warm you up in this cold weather.. but won’t be one I rush to stock up on
This is most certainly the best earl grey I have ever had in my life. It’s light, but distinctive. It has the deepness of an earl grey, but i got a faint taste of floral, which balanced it out beautiful…. i’m thinking I may have to purchase this one :)
Preparation
This is such a pretty tea… its beautifully coloured, a nice green with large rose petals in it…. it tastes just as pretty as it looks… i can taste the rose, but i can also taste lemongrass and ginger…. its a lovely blend.. i’m going to try it iced later today :)
I have this one and have yet to try it…kinda scared to! Bubblegum? Eep! That could go either way.
