630 Tasting Notes
This is super duper tasty. I was completely terrified when I saw the dry leaves looked wet…yet I sniffed them and they smelled like chai and seemed a bit more oily to the touch than water damp, so I brewed it up anyway. I would totally risk my health for a cup of chai.
I am glad I did, as the sample came from LiberTEAs, and noted the same textural oddity. And I also really enjoyed this. I made it with almond milk and a bit of honey and it was on the milder side, but not in a bad way. Just not a punch-in-the-face of cinnamon and spice that I do often enjoy, but like a break from sometimes.
Preparation
I really love this – I was expecting it to be sort of meh, for some reason. Wrong – it really did taste like limeade…less cherry than I would like in theory. I cold steeped it and after taking a few sips, squeezed half a lemon into it for a super refreshing, lemon/limeade-esque drink.
Preparation
This was oddly weak tasting to me. I liked it, it was refreshing, as the puerh was very green tasting and didn’t have the typical aged flavor, and there was the dreamsicle flavor on the back of my tongue, almost as an aftertaste. I was hoping for a bit more flavor, but it was still very enjoyable.
Preparation
Oh stevia, you ruin everything.
I hate stevia. I hate all fake sugar but stevia might be the worst to me. It is metallic and weird and this probably could have been a great tea. Why why why add a sweetening agent when people could just choose to sweeten on their own?
If you don’t hate stevia, you might like this.
Preparation
This stuff is super underwhelming. I added two packets to my big bottle of water. With some shaking, it mixed pretty well. In the end, it just tasted weak. Blueberry and tea were both there…but even with two packets it wasn’t a strong enough flavor for me. I wouldn’t purchase.
