i made a couple cups of this with dinner – first steep with nothing and then added honey for all my subsequent steeps. I think i’ll try this with apple juice or something like that just to see how it fares with that or a nice black base. I’m trying to branch out a little in terms of blending my teas together so this should be a good one to try that with. over all though, this is a fairly tasty blend, as far as herbals go :)

I’m exhausted at work and did a double take when I read this note…I was like wait, she’s going to put apple juice in her tea? did she just say that? and then I read the tasting note again and realized it made sense haha.

This is like a mulling mix in many ways and versatile. Warmed with wine and cider would be good too. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this blend become available for sale.
