Yesterday I went to a kombucha class :)
While a lot of it taste like vinegar, there are a lot of possibilities. My favorite was a yerba mate oolong blend kombucha. I was given a starter kit so I look forward to creating my own stuff, unsure where it will take me… but it should be fun :)
