The hibiscus is too strong in this, unfortunately.

Light and sweet, not the sickly sweet I was dreading. But in the end, it’s too sweet for me.

Great as an iced tea latte.

Tastes just like a ripe summer peach.

I made up a pitcher of this yesterday and it was so delicious! Wonderfully rich berry flavours without the usual tartness from my other teas (I realize now that tartness is hibiscus. Damn you, hibiscus). Next step is to try it hot, but I’m already planning on picking up more when I’m next at DAVIDsTEA.

ETA: Now I see that this tea does have hibiscus. Somehow the berries overpower it. I don’t know. FOOD SCIENCE IS MAGICAL.

Very bold and strong.
