1324 Tasting Notes
Finished off my last 2 boxes of this one that I had saved. Luckily the holiday season isn’t too far away and I can stock up again. The only downside to this tea is for a really good cup it seems to need two teabags. It’s sweet and herbal so you don’t have to worry about the caffeine. I like how they use milk thistle in this one and if you’ve ever tried plain milk thistle tea it’s quite a cloying flavor on it’s own.

Preparation
I’ve been trying to use this up and so I made a bedtime cup of this the past two nights. I’m starting to rethink trying to finish this off though because it’s just SO good. The combination of herbs in here work so well together and the stevia blends in nicely. Unfortunately, this was a gift my mom brought back from Alaska so it’s not gonna be easy to get more of it. It’s supposed to help you sleep but herbal sleep remedies have never worked for me as I have a sleep disorder. So I can’t comment on it’s effectiveness personally other than it tastes really good.
Preparation
The book I was reading last night has a character who just moved to The States from England and she was drinking Yorkshire tea which made me instantly want a cup. So this morning I decided to make a cup of Yorkshire Gold. I’ve never tried just the plain Yorkshire Teabags though. I added a bit of soymilk to the cup and it paired perfectly. This really hit the spot today it’s such a classic tea and was delicious. It’s funny how you forget how good a breakfast tea can be. I don’t reach for this one nearly as much as I should. Into the tea focus pile, it goes!
