Advent Day 1
Advent Days are so much fun that I almost want a relative to create one for me with my tea every month.
I made sure to read a few notes about this one before steeping it. I’m glad I did because Ceylon requires a shorter brew. The base is nice and malty but a bit tannic and the banana flavor is nice and sweet. I do wish the banana was a bit stronger but it’s a nice tea. I have a little bit left and will probably do a comparison with the Curtis Banana Flambe tea. This cup was a nice cross between a breakfast tea and a dessert blend.
*Note to self (try next cup of this tea with milk)
Flavors: Malt, Smooth, Sweet, Tannic, Wood

I’m the same way – I have so much tea, that I want my roommate to make a calendar with tea in it for me to open every morning as a surprise! I love December, so I have someone to do this for me!!!
