Dry leaf: slightly musty.

Light steep: I taste/smell; slight —→ cream, toasty, earth, old books, autumn leaves. Little to no fermentation.

Medium steep: I taste/smell;
slight —> berries(unknown), fermentation, cream, toasty. Light -→ earth, old books, autumn leaves.
Heavy steep, I taste/smell; slight —>
Berries(unknown), cream, toasty. Light fermentation. Medium -→ earth, old books, autumn leaves.
All in all, this is one of the the best shou I have ever tried. So mellow, however, not much of cha qi. so i rate a 100. definately reccomend
