candidly, this tea turns me into a ham… it is refined, it has depth and character unlike any other tea i have known (even the flavoured ones). a heavy dark base note, an almost playful green and a moderate malt note which persuades but does not kick. the malty tone that follows with bread dough while it is cooking; mild, warm, unobtrusive…. =0)
