78 Tasting Notes
I had this hot this morning and prepared as directed. I love the dry smell.
It was good. Before I give a full review I want to try it as cold brew as I saw many have liked it better this way. I am really hoping the Black Marshmallow tea gets re-blended soon as it is probably way more up my alley. Looking forward to trying the rest of my recent order from 52 Teas this week =)
Flavors: Marshmallow, Popcorn, Toasted Rice, Vegetal
I’m owning up to the fact I have not been making the best food choices lately. I must avoid the teachers lounge! My stomach is the first one to tell me “time to get it together girl!”.
Anyways, this one is surprisingly good and it is settling my stomach at the same time.
I just made my first order with 52Teas and included the marshmallow genmaicha so I am really looking forward to that one! I hope all your cuppas runneth over today! =)
Flavors: Burnt, Popcorn, Seaweed, Toasted Rice, Vegetal
Preparation
Hooray for a yummy sample. Thank you AQTT.
This one redeemed the peach crostata I had yesterday which I honestly did not care for. The name fits perfectly. It tastes exactly like a maple vanilla eg blend.
Just a nice way to start the day.
Flavors: Bergamot, Maple, Vanilla
Preparation
This is much different than I expected. It definitely does not have an artificial taste to it which is nice. The peach is understated. It tastes mineraly. I don’t pick up much anise or pastry flavors. I was happy to have bought a sample size and also glad that I did not buy more. It’s just ok for me.
Flavors: Mineral, Pastries, Peach, Pepper, Seaweed, Spices, Wet Earth
Preparation
Delicious way to start the day. It did not hurt that blueberry bagels & blueberry cream cheese were in the lounge this morning. Twas meant to be. Next time I am dying to try this as a latte—I saw someone made one with eggnog and that combo sounds phenomenal.
Have a great day everyone.
Preparation
My friend gave me a sample of this to try. Interesting and imo worth a try…this is my first smoky tea. It is dreary and rainy in Chicagoland today so it seemed the perfect day to pull this out. Most definitely takes like a campfire. I actually would venture to try another lapsong souchong with higher ratings given the opportunity. So fun to try.
I had this with a naughty piece of dove peanut butter chocolate and it really complimented the tea =)
Flavors: Campfire, Earth, Pine, Smoke, Tobacco, Wood
