55 Tasting Notes
I was on a four day trip in london when I got a really bad head cold. Of course I didnt want to stay in bed while in the UK so I decided to go on my walking tour and luckily on one of the stops, our tour guide suggested “Yumchaa” as a great place for tea. This lemon tea was my saviour. A bit of honey in this and my sore throat was no longer. Went back later and bought a whole bag along with two others. Great smell too.
This was one of my very first tea purchases and I still like it quite a bit. It’s a really nice lemon tea when I’m sick – add a bit of honey and you’ve got a nice bright lemon tea to make you feel a little better – strong enough to be tasted even when sick but not to strong that you can’t enjoy it any other time too!
Long time lurker, first time reviewer haha. I’ve come to this website so many times to read reviews for tea and I finally just decided to start contributing myself! Cream of Earl grey is my go-to and so I thought it ought to be my first. Very nice, creamy and vanilla-y. This tea is the one that actually got me hooked on tea in the first place, this time last year I would have laughed if you told me I’d be drinking tea every day and very rarely coffee – but cream of earl grey was the one that did it for me. I drink it hot with a spoonful of sugar or honey and no milk, after a year of tea drinking and 50 or so different teas later, this is still the one that always stands out!
