12 Days of Christmas Swap

To make sure we are all on the same page:
The first day of Christmas is December 25th

Please plan to have your samples sent
NO LATER than December 15th…
We all know how the mail can get backed up
during the Christmas Season.

Earlier is better for us Canadians though – it’s definitely not uncommon for it to be 14 days+ for mail to reach us from the States (and vice versa). I know my samples for you all are going out on the 4th, to be on the safe side. Just something to keep in mind.

Yu are correct Roswell…
I wanted December 15th as the very last day!!!
Earlier, much earlier is PREFERRED :-)

As far as the samples go, I would like to see everyone send out enough for at least 2 cups per person. That way if you mess up the steeping on the first one, you have some left over to try it again (or share with a family member/friend!) If you package in 2 plain envelopes with some bubble wrap it shouldn’t be too expensive to ship. :)

I haven’t been connected for a few days and say that I may not have been following CelbriTEA. Has an email been sent out with info?

Ok, I just re-sent an updated list of all 12 participants and addy’s to
each of us involved in this swap.
I apologize if I mailed you twice or more and clogged your mail.
Please feel free to Hit Me Up if you see a slot missing on your list OR
If you notice any other problems or glitches, have any suggestions for me, etc…

Thank you ALL :-)

I sent all mine out today :) Figured since they’re coming from Canada I better get them out as soon as possible.

So I’m not going to have mine out by the 15th given it’s a Sunday and my tea isn’t even going to be here until supposedly the 13th…I ordered it hoping it would be here by Wednesday at the latest so I could get it out on the 13th. Ugh. I’ll try to do it for Saturday but I doubt it, since my closest post office isn’t open and I’m working during the time any others are open.

Barely have any time as is. argh. My fault for not being able to pick a tea in the first place too.

Relax and do the best you can.
LOL @ CelebriTEA for thinking
people could ship out on a Sunday ;-)

well technically you could with one of those automated machines but I’ve had problems w/sending things internationally that way…takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R. and my post office doesn’t know what the word “temporarily” means regarding any drop bigger than a standard envelope with just a letter…

CelebriTEA said

I have used one of those little machines with more standard size letters, but, yeah!
I would be scared to try sending something to Canada that way or even with a small
tea sample inside…scared I would really screw it up somehow :-)

I was able to ship all of mine out Saturday and Sunday, and they should all be there before Dec 24th, I was told. Roswell Strange, you’ll probably get yours first (in a few days, if not tomorrow).
