Light, lemony, and almost tingly on the tongue. A lovely lemon flavor blended with a lighter oolong. Kinda green, very clean feeling. Wonderful warm, but I bet iced and sweetened this would be amazing.

Yum. Toasty without overly so, smooth, flavorful, and just good. This is a good mid-range oolong – not too green, not too dark. I like it a lot.

This one isn’t as good today as it has been recently. Still pleasant, but not good.

Ok, this is going quite well today. Has a pleasant hay-like scent, and very flavorful. Yum.

Got an lovely swap package from Angrboda which all began by a discussion of Orange Pu-erh, so I figured I needed to try it first.

This is pretty good! The orange blends well with the pu-erh flavor, and the pu-erh is good, rich and earthy. I can taste the orange flavors even on my second steep, it’s mostly an aftertaste with an orange kiss

LiberTeas is awesome and sent me a sample of this tea. It’s a really interesting tea. I can definitely see where they’re getting the buttery flavor. sssSSSMMMOOOTH!!! Nice and creamy and smooth. It gets vegetal, as TeaEqualsBliss noted, after the butter, but not in a buttered greens kind of way, but more of an aromatic vegetial thing.

I need to play with this more, because the overall flavor of the tea is a little weak. I need to let it steep longer, maybe the second infusion. But I like it.

Made a pan of this in the stovetop method for brekkie on Saturday, and it was lovely. An amazing way to start the day. Thank you LiberTeas for the sample. It’s awesome.

Had this again today, and it was very fruity without being sweet today. Lovely.

This scent of the un-brewed tea is amazing. I almost want to eat it straight. Or pack my pillow full of it and smell it all night long as I sleep. It’s AMAZING. It’s full of sweetness and floral-ness and is just made of yum.

And while the flavor of the tea is good, it’s not as good as the smell. It’s got a very light, very floral flavor. I love roses and rosewater candy, and this tea reminds me a lot of rosewater candy. Another element I like is the green rooibos. This is the first time I’d had the chance to try green rooibos. And I think I like it a LOT. I have to admit, I’m not a fan of red rooibos. It tends to taste like dirt and sawdust to me. There are blends I like that contain it, but it’s mostly in their ability to cover the dirty-sawdustness of the rooibos flavor. But this tea has such a light flavor, trying to get it to cover any other flavors would be like trying to completely cover a Cadillac with a Kleenex. This green rooibos adds the sweetness and base notes without the sawdust flavor of the red. It really makes me want to try other green rooibos teas.

Overall, I like this tea; it has a lot of elements I very much appreciate. But I wanted more out of it, based on the aroma.
