Shocked I haven’t had this before. It tasted soooo familiar but I guess not. Even the leaf felt super familiar. But anyway, this was a nice fuller leaf. Lots of stone fruit notes. Pretty good. Can get bitter easily so it’s one you should be more careful with when steeping. Nice solid tea.

I only read the description after I purchased the tea..but it’s from 400 year old trees. Pretty cool and I have never tried a tea like that…It’s actually really good. I could very clearly taste the fruity notes and I don’t think I had a tea before where the fruity taste jumped out so clearly. All I kept saying was WOW. Love it, wanted to buy more but it was sold out…

Never had this type of tea before….it came packaged a little different. It was a tin with a ton of different little baggies and each bag had four gems. I was trying to use one “gem” per cup but it just didn’t have enough flavor so I opted for two and that was so much better. It’s a nice mild tea flavor…holds up to milk and sugar. More on the mellow and mild side but don’t let it overstep because it can get astringent. I liked it though.

Summer travel and general craziness had me fall of
My tea game
So hard. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I am ready to jump back in. This is almost like the tea that comes in tea bags. It’s a good everyday basic. I liked it. No complaints. It does seem stronger or
Like it just has that kick go it. I probably would not repurchase- but its solid.

I really liked this tea. I think I confused it with Big Red Robe though. This one was just a mellow, nice black tea. I like my black tea with milk and sugar- I used less sugar with this tea to make it taste how I like. It’s nothing remarkable, just a nice yummy black tea.

I really need to get back in my tea game. Still slacking. I just keep going for the coffee packets because they seem easier in the AM. This one is good. Nothing special. I found myself putting more sugar in it than the last variety of black tea I had- not good. This one can get a tinge bitter if overstepped, but nothing too bad. It’s ok though, it’s the bigger broken pieces. Probably wouldn’t go out my way to try it again.

I have been off my tea game for most of this year. Moving got the best of me and then all of the sudden I started drinking more and more coffee. I’m trying to snap out of it though. I drank tea before work today so thats good. The last of this actually. Its fine. Stands up to milk and sugar. I tried the gold version first but maybe I should have started with the regular? Its ok. Easy every day tea. There are probably other black teas I like more tbh.

I haven’t had straight-up Yorkshire tea for a while, but I believe I reviewed the regular version more favorably than the gold. (I initially accidentally spelled that “flavorably.” Probably should have left it!)

Oooh that’s good to know! I am going to add that one to my Amazon cart, I just assumed the gold would be better than the regular version so I started there. I need to get my hands on the more favorable one :)
