Tuaregh is “A mixture of green teas perfumed with nanah mint, inspired by the ceremonial drink of the desert nomads. Three rounds of tea are traditionally offered to the guest : the first one is bitter as death, the second strong as life, and the third sweet as love.” (from La Via del Tà leaflet added to tins from the series)
Both green and mint fragrances come through, without any of them overwhelming the other. It´s really a lovely blend, and a real treat for the nose!

Love this! I had to do some research on the Tuareg people some years back—I had forgotten about the tea. Here’s a nice read about it: https://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/17/opinion/17iht-edfick.1.8781916.html

@gmathis Thanks for the link (although I needed to do some tricks to be able to read it). I guess with Tuaregs it´s like in loads of places in Africa and Asia when “having a cup of tea together” is really a bit of cultural heritage they are sharing with the visitor. I just love it!
