This one’s hard to rate! I can’t figure out how to describe it!

ChariTea

Me too! Sometimes I like this tea and at times it is so bitter depending on how I steep it. :)

Haha, I’m in the same boat! I think it’s cause the ginger is too light. This tea almost tastes like dirty tea leaves.

I definitely steeped this a little too long. It was a little bitter but I still enjoyed this! I steeped this twice. The sweet scent and light taste is delicious.

Part of the RoT sampler. I have only a few left to try.

Orange Blossom has a sweet scent to it. The dry bag always has dust around it. The leaves are chopped up. Upon steeping, it is mild and interesting. There is a sweet, citrusy aftertaste, which I like. The only thing I don’t like is the hint of medicinal taste. Its like a VERY VERY watered down cough syrup.

I had left the rest of the chai in the fridge to cool overnight. This morning I had a glass of the chilled, thick, creamy chai. Delicious! It got a lot better! I can taste the hint of apple. It is subtle and nice. I like fruit to be like this in my tea. It tastes like a creamy apple pie with all the spices but the flavor of the apple isn’t so strong. Great tea! I’ll definitely be making this stove top again!

Preparation

I’ll have to give it a shot chilled, sounds great!

I’m in a chai mood! It is getting cooler here, especially in the evenings. I made this over the stove. Yummy! I burnt my tongue though so I can’t taste much right now. The apple scent and taste is a little muted. It might be because of the burnt tongue and/or the milk and/or sugar. Not sure but all I know is that this was very creamy and good.

Preparation
Boiling 8 min or more
