Heavily cinnamon and also clove. The leaves were very fine after going through the mail in a card, so it didn’t take long to steep. :) It smells sweet though I don’t think there is any sugar in this. It’s not bad, even without milk and sugar, which is how I would normally do spiced teas. I added some sugar to the last half a cup but it didn’t seem to bring out any other spices, just made it sweet.
